User Studies
The project was deeply driven by a series of studies focusing on the daily life of the guest. Seven themes were developed that reflect the Wuzheng brand: not normal, open, natural, agricultural, high tech, simple, cultural.
We worked to identify opportunities to integrate these themes into the guest experience. Cards were developed to visualize key moments throughout the guests’ day. Each card was given a title that defines the sensation or experience of that moment and provides a narrative on which we could base our decisions throughout the design process.
